The booking process is simple and fast. You can check availability on our real-time calendar, choose a time and date that suits you best, and book within minutes. The minimum booking is 2 hours. A 10% discount is automatically applied for full-day (8+ hours) bookings.

The studio is located on the 2nd floor. Accessible by one flight of stairs; there is no elevator
access.
When you book the studio, you will receive studio instructions with two access codes: one for
the building and one for the studio.
To receive a full refund of your initial payment, you must cancel your booking at least 5 days before the scheduled date. If you cancel within 5 days of the scheduled date, you will receive a 50% refund, or you will have the option to reschedule once. However, if you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking date and time, the full fee for basic studio rental will be charged.
Please note that all refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the original booking. The company reserves the right to charge a 4% processing fee for the refund of any basic rental fee due to cancellation.
Our studios are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. However, for bookings that need to start before 7 am or after 10 pm, please request in advance.
We have a support system that holds up to 3 backdrops, allowing you to easily switch colors during your shoot. Please let us know if you would like to have any backdrops set up in advance, no later than 24 hours prior to your booking. Set up and break down should be included in your booked time.
We also have stands and crossbars available for you to use, with multiple spots for setup.
All equipment and backdrops are readily accessible and available for your use.
